Side Panel
The primary canvas — full logo or wordmark spanning the shoe's largest surface. Maximum visibility at ground level. Best for horizontal logos.

What to Send — File Requirements for Logo Accuracy
The quality of the mock-up and the final painted result depends on the logo file quality. Here's exactly what to send and what to avoid.
✓ Files That Work Best
- .AI (Adobe Illustrator) — ideal. Vector, scalable, fully editable. Provides maximum color and shape accuracy.Include all fonts outlined or embedded.
- .EPS or .SVG — excellent. Vector formats that reproduce at any scale without quality loss.Preferred for complex logos with gradients.
- .PDF (vector-based) — very good. Export directly from Illustrator or InDesign.Confirm it's vector, not a rasterized PDF.
- .PNG with transparent background — acceptable. Minimum 300dpi at the intended print size.Must have transparent background, not white.
Always include: Pantone PMS codes for every color in the logo. If you only have hex or CMYK values, include those — our artists will convert and confirm in the mock-up. Brand guidelines PDF is helpful but not required.
✕ Files That Cause Problems
- .JPEG with white background — problematic. The white background becomes part of the logo, causing color matching complications.Remove background in Photoshop before sending.
- Low-resolution raster files — under 150dpi. Results in blurry logo edges that make precise hand-painting difficult.Request a vector version from your design team.
- Screenshots or photographs of logos — resolution too low, compression artifacts distort colors.Ask your marketing team for the official logo file.
- Logo embedded in a Word or PowerPoint file — cannot be extracted at sufficient resolution for production-quality reproduction.
