The StyleReels Guarantee: No Payment Until You Approve

Every StyleReels order begins with a free digital mock-up showing your exact design — colors, text, artwork, and personalization — before any work begins and before any payment is collected. You approve the design and confirm the price first. Production only starts after your explicit approval. This process exists to make sure you know exactly what you're getting before you commit to anything.

🔒 How Your Purchase Is Protected

Because custom sneakers are hand-made to your approved design, standard e-commerce returns don't apply — there's no inventory to return to. Instead, your protection comes at the front end of the process:

Payment is only collected after you explicitly approve the design. Nothing is started and nothing is charged until you say yes.

If the finished pair doesn't match your approved design, contact us immediately. We will assess and resolve the discrepancy.

The goal of the mock-up process is to make returns irrelevant. When you see and approve your exact design before production begins, the finished pair matches what you expected — because you already approved it.

🎨 Made-to-Order Policy

All StyleReels custom sneakers are made-to-order — each pair is hand-painted from scratch to your individual approved design. Because no two pairs are identical and each is created specifically for one customer, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind after design approval and payment
  • Design preferences that differ from the approved mock-up
  • Color perception differences between screens and physical paint
  • Buyer's remorse or preference changes after delivery

This is why the mock-up process matters. If you are unsure about a color, text placement, or design element, request a revision on your mock-up before approving. Revisions to the mock-up are free and unlimited — revisions after production begins are not possible.

What StyleReels Will Resolve

StyleReels guarantees that every finished pair will match the approved digital mock-up. If there is a meaningful discrepancy between the finished pair and the approved design, contact us immediately upon receiving your order.

Resolvable issues include:

  • Wrong colors painted compared to the approved mock-up
  • Missing text, incorrect spelling, or wrong date
  • Design elements present in the mock-up but absent from the finished pair
  • Significant damage to the pair during shipping
  • Wrong size delivered compared to the confirmed order

To initiate a resolution, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with: (1) your order reference or the email used to order, (2) photographs of the finished pair showing the discrepancy, and (3) a reference to the specific approved mock-up element that was not replicated.

Resolution options depend on the nature of the issue and may include repainting the affected area, full repainting, or, in significant cases involving errors on our part, replacement of the pair.

👟 Sizing — Confirm Before Approving

Custom sneakers cannot be exchanged for a different size after production begins. Size is confirmed as part of the design approval process. If you are uncertain about your size, include your foot measurement in centimeters in the design request form and we will advise before sourcing your shoes.

Air Force 1s run slightly large — most wearers order true to size or half a size down. Jordan 1s run true to size. Full sizing tables for both models are available at stylereels.net/size-guide/.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled or modified at any point before payment is collected — which is before you approve the digital mock-up. During the mock-up phase, simply let us know you'd like to cancel and no charge will be applied.

Once you have approved the design and payment is processed, production begins immediately — the Nike shoes are sourced and painting starts. At this stage, orders cannot be cancelled as materials and artist time are committed to your pair.

If you have an urgent circumstance requiring cancellation after payment, contact us as soon as possible. We will advise on available options based on where your order is in production.

🎁 Gift Orders

For custom sneakers purchased as a gift where the recipient is a different person from the buyer, the same policy applies. The buyer approves the design and confirms the size — so it's important to confirm the recipient's shoe size before ordering. See the size guide for AF1 and Jordan 1 sizing.

If the recipient receives the pair and it matches the approved design exactly, but the buyer selected the wrong size, this falls under the ordering policy — not a production error. Use the size guide and include foot measurements in the design request to prevent this outcome.

Can I return custom Air Force 1s?

What if my custom shoes don't match my approved design?
