2–4 Week Lead Time
From design approval to delivery: 3–5 weeks total. This includes production time (2–4 weeks) plus shipping (3–5 business days).
Full Tracking Included
Every shipment includes a tracking number sent to your email when the order ships. Monitor delivery progress through the carrier's website.
International Available
International shipping is available to select countries at additional cost. Contact us before ordering to confirm rates and timelines.

StyleReels provides free standard shipping on every custom sneaker order delivered within the United States. There are no shipping charges, handling fees, or surcharges added to your order at any stage.
Free shipping applies to all order types: individual pairs, couple sets, bridal party orders, bulk corporate orders, and graduation gifts. It applies to every state in the contiguous USA, Alaska, and Hawaii.
No payment is collected until you approve your free digital mock-up. Shipping is free from that point forward — no hidden costs are added after design approval.
📅 Total Order Timeline
Custom sneakers are made to order — each pair is hand-painted individually after you approve the design. The total timeline from your design request to your door breaks down as follows:

Event deadlines: If you have a specific date — graduation, wedding, homecoming, birthday — include it in your design request. We confirm whether the timeline fits before you commit to anything. For tight deadlines, rush production may be available; contact us immediately with your date.
🚚 Carriers & Tracking
StyleReels ships via UPS, FedEx, and USPS depending on your delivery location and order size. The carrier is selected at time of shipment to provide the most reliable delivery for your address.
A tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships. Use the tracking link in the email — or enter the number directly on the carrier's website — to monitor delivery progress in real time.

StyleReels ships internationally to select countries. International orders are subject to additional shipping charges, which vary by destination country and order size.
